Staff development is a priority for people at all levels of the business. We want to find and develop our future leaders, offering everyone the chance to progress as far as they can.
Talent management
The purpose of our talent management strategy is to identify and develop our future leaders; the strategy covers three main areas:
- Leadership Development groups – these aim to fast-track those with the potential to take up more senior roles
- Apprentice Scheme – for members of staff with the potential to become first line managers
- Graduate Scheme – for internal and external graduates with the potential to become future leaders
