Leon Ball
Stockport House
I joined the apprentice scheme in January 2009 and have since been appointed into a supervisory position within the returns department. I feel that gaining this position has been largely down to the skills I have learnt since starting the scheme, it has really changed my life as before I was working in one department doing the same job every day. Having now had experience within each area I have a better understanding of the variety of roles and how they all fit in to the overall business. As well as on the job training I am also working towards a nationally recognised qualification and I see this as my opportunity to progress within the business. The more you put into the scheme, the more you learn and the better your prospects for the future will be.
