I have been on the apprentice scheme since January 2009, before this I was a Packer/Driver within Newcastle House. Since starting on the scheme I have learnt many new skills covering all areas of the warehouse. I also feel I have discovered a lot more about the company as a whole and they way different departments impact on one another. Since joining the scheme I have been promoted to a Day Pack Supervisor, this is a role I feel I could not have achieved were it not for this scheme.
