A key part of the role is understanding your publishing objectives, finding ways to improve performance of your titles and developing our service offer to meet your future requirements. We also work hard to give you an understanding of the demands of the retail environment and how we are developing our service offer to meet these changing requirements.

The account manager is a key part of your business and works to ensure your publishing strategies are delivered through our organisation and that your title supply and promotional plans are executed accurately each issue. They also ensure you are fully aware of our plans to drive our business forward, whether these are investments in infrastructure and systems or improvements in our service offer.

In such a diverse and time sensitive supply chain they are key to ensuring the smooth running of our operation.
