Pass My Parcel, Smiths News' pioneering click and collect service, has partnered with ASOS to offer a label-less returns service.

Pass My Parcel and ASOS

With more consumers making purchases on the move via their mobile device, the need to print a label to send back unwanted goods back can be challenging. With Pass My Parcel's new returns service, customers just need to present a QR code which will be scanned on their mobile device by the Parcel Shop retailer.

Talking about the innovative returns solution, Louise Ryan, Strategy and Business Development Director, Pass My Parcel said:

Having listened closely to consumers and our Parcel Shop retailers about offering a returns service, we wanted to ensure our returns service meets the changing needs of consumers. Therefore, we've created a label-less returns solution so customers can show a QR code on their smartphone to return an ASOS order, there's no need to print a label - it's ideal for busy people on the go!"

The returns service is quick and convenient - ASOS customers just need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Find your nearest Parcel Shop via returns.passmyparcel.com
  2. Enter your parcel order number and email address
  3. Show the QR code on your mobile to the Parcel Shop retailer - no need to print a returns label
  4. Leave the rest to us!

You can track your return using the tracking reference from your receipt via our Returns website
