“I’m thrilled that we’ve won Gold. Last year we won the Silver award for our sales-based replenishment service and I’m delighted that we got Gold this year. The award is testament to all of the hard work which everyone put in in preparation for and during the Olympic and Paralympic Games."
"As well as gaining excellent sales results, we had to overcome many operational challenges to maintain our customer service levels and ensure supplies were delivered to our retailers on time. Therefore, I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who was involved.”
