Recruitment process

Our recruitment process is designed to help us select the right people for the job, but it’s equally important that we are right for you. We promise to be open and honest throughout the procedure to ensure we make the right choice for everyone.

Our recruitment process has been designed to get the best out of you and be fair to everyone. We very much believe that this is a two way process as making the right career choice is important.

Step 1: Apply online

Quite simply search for a vacancy which you feel best fits your skills, competencies and criteria. Follow the online application guide where you will be prompted to complete an online application form. Once you have completed this you can upload your CV and then finally submit your application. Remember that we will use the application questions to shortlist applications so make sure you complete these as fully as you can.

Step 2: Application review

We will review your application against the roles that we have available but more importantly against the role that you have specifically applied for. If successful we will be in contact to arrange your first interview. If you are unsuccessful we will always let you know.

Step 3: How we’ll reply

Your first interview may well be a telephone interview with one of the recruitment team where they will ask you specific questions about your previous experience and questions designed to test your competencies for the role. It’s a good idea to think about your previous experience and have some examples ready to tell us about.

Step 4: Your interview

This will usually involve a face to face interview. Again we will be looking to test your competencies for the role and we will do this by asking you to give examples of your previous experiences. There may also be additional exercises at this stage which could include a presentation, a role play or some online testing. Any additional exercises will be relevant to the role and will be fully explained to you beforehand.

Step 5: How we will contact you

After your interviews you will hear from us to inform you of the next steps of the process. If you have been successful, an offer of employment will typically be communicated to you verbally and then confirmed in writing.
